  • Australia, where all orders are processed from :)

  • We do not offer framing or framing services. As a very small business, we unfortunately do not have the facilities or logistics for framing. It is also a risk regarding international orders as glass in frames can break during transit. However we do offer framing suggestions in the product imagery and can supply a mock up if requested.

  • With every print made to order, there is a processing time of up to 4 weeks from when the order is paid and confirmed for. We always endeavour to process any order as quickly as possible, however please keep in mind that times may vary depending on logistics and the time of year (i.e. Christmas).

  • We currently ship within Australia, to the United Kingdom and France. If you live outside of this region but want to make a purchase, please contact us via our Contact form.

  • Every order in Australia is processed with free Express Shipping and supplied with a tracking number. We do estimate up to 4 weeks for shipping, as times vary depending on location for delivery, time of year (i.e. Christmas) and any unforeseen delays. We of course endeavour to ship your orders as soon as possible.

    For international orders, we offer shipping via an International Courier service. This is the fastest shipping option we can offer, however times vary depending on location, time of year (i.e. Christmas) and any unforeseen delays. As with all international orders a tracking number will be supplied to you, which should provide estimated shipping times.

  • Hahnemuhle Photo Cotton Rag 308gsm is a beautiful matte paper with a vibrant colour finish. 
It is a Fine Art paper stock that best compliments the artworks, whilst also being acid and lignin free.

  • Yes we do for limited edition and original artworks. We use the Hahnemühle Authenticity Certificate system, which includes a Certificate and serialized hologram that is applied to the reverse of the artwork. Each artwork will also be registered in a database, ensuring the edition number and authenticity of your purchased piece.

    For open edition artworks, these will be signed by the artist.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order to have it adjusted. This may incur an extra cost if sizing up. After 48 hours, we do not offer adjustments to print size.

  • Please choose carefully. We do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges.

  • Each print is a limited edition artwork and there is no intention for mass-production.

  • We really hope this doesn’t happen, but if it unfortunately does, please email us a description along with photographs of the damage. We will then fulfil an assessment and either issue you a full refund or re-print.

  • Please check the tracking number we have supplied you for any updates from the shipping company. There may be delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances or the time of year (i.e. Christmas). We will however follow up with our suppliers and depending on the assessment, we may offer you a full refund or re-print.
