As all Mala Says prints are signed, limited edition artworks, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If any print does arrive damaged, please email us a description along with photographs of the damage within 7 days of receiving the print. We will then fulfil an assessment and either issue you a full refund or re-print.

Please note that customers will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.

A lot of love and time is spent producing these artworks, so it is important to us that you receive them in excellent condition.

If the print arrives with visible defects, please take photos of any damages and send them our way within 7 days of receiving the print. We will then assess the damage and either offer a full refund or a re-print.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Once you have placed an order, we will notify our printer and produce your limited edition print. Please allow up to 3 weeks for an order to be fulfilled and shipped to you. This is in case of any postal or unforeseen delays (i.e. public holidays).

Every order in Australia is processed with free Express Shipping and supplied with a tracking number.

For international orders, we offer shipping via an International Courier service. A tracking number will be supplied to you, which should provide estimated shipping times.

If your order hasn't arrived after three weeks from the time of purchase, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Each print is a limited edition artwork and there is no intention for mass-production.
