Once you have placed an order, we will notify our printer and produce your limited edition print. Please allow up to 3 weeks for an order to be fulfilled and shipped to you. This is in case of any postal or unforeseen delays (i.e. public holidays).

Every order in Australia is shipped with free Express Shipping and supplied with a tracking number.

For international orders, we offer shipping via an International Courier service. A tracking number will be supplied to you, which should provide estimated shipping times.

RETURNS:

As all Mala Says prints are signed, limited edition artworks, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

If any print does arrive damaged, please email us a description along with photographs of the damage within 5 days of receiving the print. We will then fulfil an assessment and either issue you a full refund or re-print.

Please note that customers will be responsible for any customs and import duties.

Every artwork is printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Cotton Rag 308gsm with a 3cm white border. This is a fine art, archival quality matte paper that is acid free and ensures a vibrant colour finish.

We work with a fine art printer in Melbourne, Australia, who produces our prints with exceptional quality.

A lot of love and time is spent producing these artworks, so it is important to us that you receive them in excellent condition.
